"Stayed in a deluxe building room in the Hill side wing, very nice room. The hill side wing is not on the beach side, but that wasn t a problem for us. Can really recommend the restaurant Le Zanne, very nice food."

"Kacha resort is a nice hotel, room hill side view all have air conditionned, bathroom and shower.Be careful rooms located hill side view are not on the beach, you have to cross the road to go to the beach and to the breakfast.Building is 5 months old and very nice, swimming pool is clean and staff lovely."

"Good hotel, very nice staff, very helpfull. Location on White beach ok. Very busy! Loud music one night! Nice restaurants within walking distance.Beautiful island!!"

"The hotel is nice and clean , the service also is good cannot complain only one thing there is no lift but it is ok, good for exercise but it is so hot afterwards."

"Is a bit rough no diamond. Old with bugs, misquotes. The room a deluxe bungalow had a power problem so they put us in another after some time troubleshooting. We asked for compensation for inconvenience so they gave us a 800 bht coupon at the resorts spa that already had a discounted price but would not let us use the coupon so the voucher was worthless. The new room had bad plumbing. We had a requested four times for a knife to cut a mango no help never. We left early just not to customer friendly. Staff seemed listless no motivation."

Reservation Problems to accomodate the familiy with 4 children close to the parents room without putting any money limitations. No understanding for our request, even having called by phone before to mention our request., April 17, 2010

"We had a very nice stay there. Firstly worry about the room in the new wing across the road..the one on the beach was fully booked. However it was not bad actually for family..very nice setting around the pool with slider...so poolview is recommended on this wing."

Reservation The booking procedure was pretty quick, however it was unusual for us to be required to pay the full sum of money 1 month(!) before arriving at the hotel., April 19, 2010

"The hotel was great, the location pretty good as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful.We were told that we would get a room in the hill-side wing. First, we were very disappointed as it was across the street from the main building, however when we actually got to see the actual building itself we were pleasantly surprised. The building is actually less than 6 months old so it s quite new and very comfortable.I strongly recommend this hotel, especially the hillside wing!"

"the room at the bungalow was little under standard. they where slitage in the inside of the room. our room smell from the toliet every day.the prices in the resturang was to high, they didnt have any costumer because it was cheapr to eat on the beach at another places."
